1. Acceptance of these terms

Welcome to Reed Vinstode (we, us, our, Platform). These Terms govern your (you, your, User) access to our website, apps, trading tools, and related services (Services). By using the Services you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Notice and Cookie Notice. If you do not accept them, please stop using the Services.

2. Eligibility, accounts, and limitations

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into a contract. You confirm that you are not located in a jurisdiction where use is banned. We may decline service, carry out KYC checks, and suspend accounts for risk, fraud, or violations. You are responsible for keeping your profile details accurate and your login credentials secure.

3. Services, third parties, and risk warnings

We may introduce or describe third-party platforms; unless we say otherwise, we are not acting as your broker. Trading carries a significant risk of loss. Previous results do not ensure future outcomes. You are solely responsible for your decisions and any taxes due.

4. Charges, acceptable use, and IP rights

Any fees will be shown at the point of purchase. You must not misuse the Services, including by posting unlawful content, using malware, scraping without permission, bypassing security, or reverse engineering except where the law allows. All Platform content and branding remain our property or the property of our licensors; you are granted a limited, revocable licence to use them as provided.

5. Disclaimers and liability limits

To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, the Services are provided as is without warranties of any kind. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses and, where permitted, cap total liability at the greater of €90 or amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing excludes non-excludable consumer protections.

6. Indemnity, account suspension, and termination

You agree to indemnify us for claims arising from your use of the Services or breach of these Terms. We may suspend or end access for breach, risk, or legal reasons. The clauses on liability limits, indemnity, and disputes will continue to apply after termination.
